SECTION 02 — QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

WHAT CLIENTS ASK

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

Practical guidance on references, approvals, production, delivery and commissioning a bespoke figure.

What references do you need?

Clear photographs from several angles are ideal, including front, profile and three-quarter views. Images of the subject’s expression, hairstyle, clothing and intended setting are also helpful. If references are limited, send what you have and we will advise what is possible.

Can I approve the likeness?

Yes. Progress images are shared at agreed stages so that proportion, expression, hairstyle and styling can be reviewed before the figure is completed. The number and timing of reviews will be confirmed with your commission.

How long does a commission take?

The schedule depends on the figure’s size, complexity, costume, materials and approval process. Once we understand the project, we will provide a clear production estimate and keep you informed at each key stage.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes. We arrange domestic and international delivery according to the figure’s scale, destination and installation requirements. Protective packing, transport planning and placement guidance are discussed before dispatch.

Can you create religious or cultural figures?

Yes. Sacred, historical and culturally significant figures are approached with care and respect. Pose, iconography, costume, references and intended setting are reviewed with the client before production begins.

Can changes be made after work begins?

Reasonable refinements can be discussed during the agreed review stages. Major changes to pose, scale, costume or concept after approval may affect the schedule and quotation, so important requirements should be confirmed as early as possible.

How do I request a quotation?

Send us the subject, intended setting, approximate scale, available reference photographs and delivery country through WhatsApp. We will review the information and recommend the most suitable next step.
